Bravo Packaging reserves the right to update product information, pricing, specifications, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Delivery Policy

Bravo Packaging currently offers delivery within the Sydney metropolitan area only.

Free delivery is available for orders over AUD $200. 

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to stock availability, traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Information

Bravo Packaging currently accepts payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT / Bank Transfer). Payment is required before goods are dispatched, delivered, or collected unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bank transfer details will be provided on your quotation and invoice. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive damaged, incorrect, or faulty products, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted unless approved by Bravo Packaging.

5. Out of Stock Policy

While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, products may occasionally be unavailable.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss an alternative product, backorder, or refund where applicable.
